Welcome to Jump Lift Sprint. I’m Mustafa Tahir, a born and raised Londoner and a health and fitness geek.
Having previously been a pharmacist, I made the switch to coaching as I love learning, teaching, and helping others.
When I first got in to fitness, my main interest was in improving athletic performance. I’ve worked with amateur boxers, kickboxers, footballers (and still do train these types of clients).
However, I enjoy training ‘regular’ people too – those who just want to look better in a t-shirt and feel good about themselves. I’ve trained entrepreneurs, business people, and those with families who don’t want to dedicate every second of their life to the gym.
My training philosophy is pretty simple and can easily be summed up by the title of this blog – Jump Lift Sprint. That’s it.
For me, training is about being strong, healthy and athletic, like a panther. I believe in efficient training that produces results and still lets you have a life.
I love travelling, movies, good food, and learning new languages, which are my passions outside of training. I have seen certain films over 15 times, such as Scarface, Goodfellas, Gladiator, Superman, and Sinbad Of The Seven Seas (with Lou Ferrigno, lol).
