Progress pic from my guy Ben. He’s got a very strong work ethic, always shows up when he’s supposed to, and realises that the basics are what brings results. No fad bullshit or 3 hour workouts. Just heavy lifting, some pump work, and sprinting. Hopefully the next pic will be even better.
Great six month progress from my client. He came in with the goal of losing weight, feeling healthier, and getting back to doing what he loves, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. After stopping Jiu Jitsu for 6+ years, he has finally returned to the mat!

November 2016 –
Amateur boxer and Souther area middleweight champion Obi has been training with me since 2016 for additional strength and conditioning to support his push for national honours.
Raph and I have worked together for about a year and a half, and the picture above is taken on the night of his first semi-professional boxing bout. I helped him out with fitness work to make sure he was in top shape come fight night.

Aidan and I have been training for about 6 months at the time of writing. We started off with mostly traditional weight training, but despite making some good strength gains, he still had a little fat to lose around the midsection. We needed something bigger to really fire him up and take the results to the next level.
With one month to go, we signed up for the Spartan Sprint and began very intense group sessions which were always high energy and fun. He was always training hard but once the race was locked in, he went up a gear with the effort he was putting in (both in the gym and nutrition wise).
We trained in the gym, in the park, ran up hills – we mixed up the training and hit it hard every time.
Aidan ended up losing 5% body fat, improved his overall fitness, and smashed most of the obstacles on the course (having never done most of them before).

“I was fat, very fat and I lost a lot of weight (6 stone in fact) but I got to point where I didn’t know how to make any further impact, and I needed to. I didn’t have a plan.
I had been thinking about a personal trainer for some time but kept talking myself out of it -‘I knew what I was doing’ (I didn’t), ‘I couldn’t afford the money’ (but I would happily spend £35 on a random night out!).
In April 2015 I bit the bullet and found Mustafa! What a great find that was, he’s been instrumental in improving my fitness, improving my strength, and making me love the gym!
Before I had no plan, now I’ve a focus and I see improvements almost every session, I can lift more, I’m stronger and my body is leaner and more toned! You cannot afford not to give personal training a go. Iin fact I wish everyone could have had the experience I’ve recently had – hard work equals results, but having someone to put you on that path is priceless!
