For driven individuals who know what they want but need structure and accountability so they actually do it! This is the most cost effective form of training. Many of my clients have got great results via online coaching – it’s not always necessary to train in -person.

Private personal training packages are for people who prefer a completely bespoke service with one on one attention. It tends to work better with people who are new to training, or have very specific training goals.
Training packages include diet and lifestyle coaching as well as the training element.
Semi-private training consists of small training groups, up to 2-3 people. Though you are training with others at the same time, you will still receive individualised training sessions. This works for people who enjoy the community aspect of training while still being under the supervision of a coach.
I also offer boxing padwork, something many of my clients grow to love after their first session.
