Private personal training
This is for people who prefer a completely bespoke service with one on one attention. It tends to work better with people who require specific times of day, who are new to training, or have very specific training goals.
Semi-private personal training
Semi-private consists of small training groups, up to 2-3 people. Though you are training with others at the same time, you will still receive individualised training sessions. This works for people who enjoy the community aspect of training while still being under the supervision of a coach.
